The Pole Dancer was put to the TEST & Reviewed – These are the Results

23. January 2025 by Miglena

Guess what?! We got featured on Poledance.blog, a German page all about pole dancing.
They tested our online classes and *spoiler alert* the results were great!

What’s The Test All About?

Nina and Katja over at Poledance.blog reviewed our online pole dance lessons. They tested our recorded classes and took a close look at everything: the quality of the lessons, the variety of tricks, and how easy it is to follow along.

Long story short, they were impressed. You can read the full report here if you want all the details.

Don’t Speak German? No Problem!

Since the page is in German, you might be wondering how to check it out. Here’s a tip: you can translate it easily.

On a computer, just right-click on the page and choose “Translate to English.”
On most mobile browsers, you’ll find a translate option too.

If it’s not showing up, try opening the page in Chrome or Safari.

Here’s some of what they said about our technique classes:

  • “Well-structured classes: including warmup, conditioning, exercises, and cool-down”
  • “Clear explanations and precise instructions”
  • “Helpful tips on common mistakes and great advice for improving technique”
  • “Progressions for different levels”
  • “Great value for money: you can repeat the lessons as often as you like”

What about the dance & choreography classes?

  • “Useful tips on how to refine movements“
  • “Excellent exercises and explanations for isolated body movements”
  • “Content builds progressively: starting with small movements that lead to a full choreography”
  • “Includes dance elements both on and around the pole“

As for critique, they mentioned the lessons being a bit of a time commitment, spanning 90-110 min. long.

This is true, and I agree.

I love going into the nitty gritty of each move. And of course, I want YOU to get the most out of each lesson.

However, you can easily split each lesson into multiple sessions, if you don’t have the time on hand.

Why You Should Check Out Poledance.blog

There’s more to this blog than just our review. They’ve got a ton of useful content for pole dancers.

One section I love is their post about sustainable pole wear, with great tips on eco-friendly brands to keep you comfy and stylish while dancing.

Also check out their recommendation for crash mats, and their reviews of pole studios around the world.

Our Thoughts on the Review

We’re really happy with the feedback! It feels good to know that our lessons are helping dancers around the globe.

BIG thanks to Poledance.blog for featuring us. If you’ve been on the fence about joining our online classes, this is your sign to give them a try.

How did you like the report? Let me know in the comments!
