I still can’t believe it took me 7 months to finish the 15 spins into climbing. lol
I didn’t plan it to become such a big project. It was supposed to be just a compilation of 15 spins. But then I thought that additional tutorials will be much more helpful for everyone who attempts them.
At the end, it was much more work than I expected. But it was worth it.
Personally, I learned a lot only by creating them.

You can use the spins as conditioning exercises in your training, they’re sorted by difficulty. Or you can use them in your routines, choreographies and freestyles.
