Today, I’d like to share a compilation video with you that contains 5 Jade combos I taught in my Pole Inversions online classes. They are sorted by difficulty and include a list of the moves.

If you’re not feeling confident in your Jade yet, I recommend the following progressions:
- Work on your Pike – both legs above head (00:58-01:00)
- Half-Jade variation (00:25)
- Jade Star/Stag (00:34)
If the classic Jade split is an easy go-to move for you, try the following variations:
- Flatline Jade (01:47)
- Forearm Split (02:15)
- No-handed Jade (02:50)
