How long did it take you to MASTER your inverts on the pole?
To make them look really strong and clean?
If I‘m completely honest, it took me around 5 years.
🐥 My first successful pole invert came quickly, but it looked heavy for a while.
🦋 My aerial inverts were messiest parts of my combos.
🦁 And my spinning inverts looked like I was fighting the spin. It took me a while to crack the code.
Today – 10 years into my pole dancing journey – I can say that they look polished and beautiful.
That’s why I recently taught two special classes:
Straight Leg Inverts and Dance Your Inverts.
Plot twist:
There was more to it than I thought. While preparing the classes, I dived deep into the mechanics of inverts and discovered key details that dramatically improved my OWN inverts. I managed to fine-tune them more than I could have imagined.
In this video I‘ll show you a 3-step method to identify what’s making your inverts look heavy and messy. And how to make them strong & clean.
I’ll show you the correct technique, along with exercises and all of the common mistakes students make.
If you’d like to transform your inverts from messy to squeaky clean, get the recordings of Straight Leg Inverts or Dance Your Inverts.
Straight Leg Inverts
In Straight Leg Inverts we work on getting those perfectly straight legs & feet by focusing on strength, flexibility and technique. We condition and build muscle memory, so that beautiful inverts become second nature.
Dance Your Inverts
In Dance Your Inverts, our goal ist to make leg hooks and inverted combos look effortless and elegant. We pay special attention to lines and variations – inverting forwards vs. backwards, legs straight vs. bent, as well as different dynamic entries and transitions.
